PierInn is a luxury holiday cottage situated at the head of Polperro harbour, Cornwall. It commands panoramic sea views across the harbour and out to sea. Built of solid Cornish stone on rock foundations, it is one of the most historic dwellings in Polperro.

The large penthouse style lounge is furnished with antique leather sofas & chairs, persian rugs, and artwork & artifacts that complement the heritage of the house. The wood burning stove adds a homely touch & keeps the cottage cosy in the winter months. The stunning harbour & sea views can also be enjoyed  from the dining area with its stripped wooden floors & antique dining chairs.The adjoining galley kitchen has every modern convenience and is equipped to the highest standard. The top floor is completed by the newly refurbished luxury family bathroom, with its antique double ended roll top bath and quarry tiled floor.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a large double enjoying superb harbour views, and benefitting from a luxury ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms one of which also boasts lovely harbour views. The house has independently controllable heating in every room. 

The self-contained PierInn Studio apartment below the main house provides luxury accommodation for two guests. It has its own entrance off quay road leading to a private bedroom annex, luxurious shower room, and spacious open plan living area, with a large balcony overlooking the harbour. The studio provides a cosy & romantic venue which is extremely popular with couples all year round, whatever the season. The large number of repeat bookings is testament to both the appeal of PierInn House & PierInn Studio which can be booked together to increase the accommodation to eight guests if required.

Please be aware that PierInn is situated in a lively part of the village and therefore is not ideal for a quiet get away, but is the perfect venue from which to enjoy the working harbour and holiday village of Polperro.
